Start-up and Operator Training

To help you realize a high level of operating efficiency in the quickest possible time, a Jonsson Service Technician provides on-site start-up assistance and operator training. This free service is provided to all new users in the U.S. and is optionally available for international customers as well. Users of Jonsson systems also receive an Operation DVD that shows the proper way to load shrimp and how to change peeling styles. With our 60 years of experience, we can help you select the peeling system that best meets your requirements and configure it to maximize production capacity in the available space.

Maintenance Instructional Materials

Every user of Jonsson equipment receives a fully illustrated, easy-to-follow Operation and Maintenance Manual that shows pictorially the settings for size and style. In addition, a complete Maintenance DVD is provided showing visual, easy-to-understand directions that help assure proper maintenance. Chapter markers make it easy to quickly find the section needed. All our training and maintenance materials are available in English or Spanish.

Technical Support

Free, unlimited technical support is available by phone 7 days a week to answer questions about the operation and maintenance of the equipment. We are also prepared to Skype or Face Time with your people to improve the operation and answer questions.
